“The nature of human relationships led me to want to know more about how people behave and make decisions. My professional training has three main areas of formation: Conflict Resolution, Management, and Coaching. In each of these three disciplines, people are at the core.
Conflict Resolution came to me as the science that helped me understand and constructively facilitate human interactions.
Coaching introduced me to the tools that would allow me to help others grow and develop as leaders.
Management gave me strategic insights to help owners and leaders in organizations leverage the potential of their people in order to achieve their market goals.”
